stunt kite flying in NYC

Hi All,
Have searched for information regarding where to fly a stunt kite in
NYC, finding nothing that dates later than about the year 2000, when
there seemed to be a lot of problems with certain areas getting shut
down.
Wondering if anyone has any (current) suggestions of good places to
fly stunt kites in the city, preferably subway accessible.

When visiting my son I have seen people flying at Liberty Park. I have
flown there, too. That is pretty close to NYC.

Liberty Park has wide open areas and is known for having great wind.
