Post by kittyhawkkitesWe were not using the same computer, our network utilizes the same IP
address for everyone in our company, for security purposes through our
firebox. We are honestly not trying to spam, we have friendly
intentions to share our knowledge and learn from others, we come in
peace.
So you're all behind a machine that's called
24-196-248-188.static.mant.nc.charter.com and somebody behind that
machine 'found' your web site and was so happy about that he posted it
here, right?
And you happened to be just lurking here and you just put in your two
cents right away, without knowing it was you colleague/partner who
'found' your web site, right?
You, sir, have the mind of a spammer.
Have you ever heard about the rules of spam? Here, I'll enlighten you:
| Rule #1: Spammers lie.
You lied, plain and simple.
| Rule #2: If a spammer seems to be telling the truth, see Rule #1.
When challenged, you (again) try to lie your way out of this one.
| Rule #3: Spammers are stupid.
Did you really believe you'd get away with this?
| Rule #4: The natural course of a spamming business is to go bankrupt.
This rule has been proven right time and time again.
I'm not making this up - Google for it.
Trust, my friend, is an extremely valuable commodity that is hard won
and easily lost. You've just lost your company a lot of trust. The
process has conevniently been archived by Google Groups. I wish you good
luck on the long way back. Meanwhile, I'll know where to shop: somewhere
else.
