Hey all
Can anyone help me I bought a Gaint Diamond Parrot Diamond kite for
forty or so dollars.
http://www.coastalkites.com/p-833-giant-diamond-kite-tropical.aspx
It has Never flown it seems to be top heavy it goes up slowly, then
starts to lean to the left or right and comes down to the ground again
slowly.
it has always done this. I think it might be the bridal.???
Any suggestions welcome, please forgive my spelling and grammer.

Sounds like you have to move the flying line/bridle connection up a
centimeter or two or three towards the nose. This will tilt the nose up
and let it catch more wind. Just hold the vertical bridle line in your
fingers, extend your arm to the side (so wind is not obstructed) and
experiment with where it is best to hold your fingers for best flight.
Attach flying line at that point.

If after doing the above you still have problems with leaning to the left or
right, check that the left/right lengths are equal and that spars are
inserted as picture in the "manual".

Make sure you have tried the kite in sufficient winds before writing it off.
I normally make three connection knots along the vertical bridle on my
single line kites so that I can fly them in low, medium and high winds.

Hi there, in addition to what kiteman said I suggest you find a place
where other people are flying kites too. Kite people are generally
friendly and if you approach someone [1] while they are taking a break
they will almost certainly help you because, as kiteman suggests and you
seem to realise, this is a bridle balancing issue and it will become
really clear when someone shows you in a practical way.

If I understand the kite correctly (having looked at the link) it may
need a bit of tugging on the string and movement to get it to catch the
wind.

Let us know how you get on and don't give up!

[1] if you have a child or partner with you it helps even more <-- I
mean that in a nice way as most kite enthusiasts are to some extent
evangelistic
