As I know, the California WASP is the noisiest. Any other noisiest one out there? Thanks.

Well, an aged Spin-Off with a slack skin is pretty bloody noisy...

Probably no single *kite* as such, it'd be more down to how much the
skin can flap in the wind.

NewTech Kites have come out with their BLK (Big Loud Kite) line. I haven't seen or heard one, but the name looks promising.
