where can i buy 100 cheap plastic delta kites for $1.00 each? i love to
fly cheap toy kites, 42" across at the bottom, 1,000 to 3,000 feet into the

Yep, e-Bay has lots of cheap kites.

I bought a parafoil for 1 cent (plus $19 postage!) in Australia. For
a $20 kite, it flies okay if you do not know any different. But fly it
back to back with more expensive kites, and the difference is
noticeable.

At the local Dollar Store they have plastic kites at 2 for a dollar.
