I'm new here, but am interested in kiting, particularly building and sewing.
I have a Singer walking foot machine, and currently do a lot of canvas. I
have a lot of tool and fabricating experience. Would that machine be good
for kite materials? Are there sites for kite building, or kites in general
that you could steer me to. Also would appreciate steering me to a site
where I can purchase good kites in quantities for a friend of mine who has a
surfboard business on a beach.

In my opinion, walking foot machines are the best for rip stop Nylon.
