Kite groups

I have just return to kite flying after a few years absence. I am in York
County Pennsylvania, USA. I know there was a kite group in the area a while
back that flew at Samuel Lewis State Park. I was wondering if that group or
other groups in the area exist and if so, if someone one would give me the

Also, I'm going to the kitefest at Ocean City Maryland Sept. 18 thru 21. was
